COVID -19 Update


Effective immediately, visitors who are approved to come onto our properties, including truck drivers, must complete a coronavirus questionnaire no more than 24 hours before arriving. Restrictions will be enforced on individuals with certain risk factors.

CSX COVID-19 Visitor Questionnaire

To Our Valued Customers,

As some states begin relaxing stay-at-home orders and transitioning non-essential businesses back to work, CSX and TRANSFLO want to reemphasize our commitment to keeping employees, customers and other stakeholders safe. Our comprehensive, company-wide measures are helping to maintain safe and reliable transportation services that are vital for keeping the economy moving during these challenging times.

To ensure we effectively safeguard workers and visitors at all TRANSFLO facilities from COVID-19, we will continue to implement these important practices and precautions:

  • Sanitation protocols are in place for all office areas.

  • Extra plexiglass partitions have been added to minimize direct contact between our office personnel and visitors.

  • We are minimizing contact and maintaining social distancing where possible. If this is not possible, we are following CDC guidance for wearing face coverings when individuals are less than six feet apart. 

  • All motor carriers are asked to follow the same guidance while on TRANSFLO property.

  • Our terminals are limited to business-critical personnel. All visitors must complete the CSX coronavirus online questionnaire no more than 24 hours before arriving. To access the questionnaire, click here or visit the customer section of (under Resources then Contact Us).

  • International visitors are restricted from the terminal unless they have been in the United States for at least 14 days without COVID-19 symptoms, or cleared by the CSX Medical Department.

  • Motor carriers must report any illness that occurs within 14 days after visiting a TRANSFLO terminal to their TRANSFLO terminal contact.

  • Motor carriers will not be permitted to use the company’s facilities, including private restrooms, facsimile machines or kitchen appliances at TRANSFLO terminals. 

These precautions have enabled TRANSFLO to remain open for business during this uncertain time, and your continued support and partnership is appreciated. Additional updates will be provided as needed. Please contact your Senior Sales Manager with any questions or concerns.
